Our services

Pyxis provides technology and consulting services, including but not limited to systems audits and architecture, website design and development, custom software and platform builds, CRM and ERP integrations, cloud infrastructure, and advisory consulting. Engagement process

Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand your business and confirm scope. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed on directly with you before any paid work begins, and are not published on this website. Once agreed, the scope of work forms part of your engagement and any changes to it will be discussed and confirmed in writing.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your individual proposal or agreement and are due according to the payment schedule outlined there. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled. Any expenses outside the agreed scope will be communicated and approved before being incurred.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement — including custom websites, platforms, and integrations — become your property once fees for that work have been paid in full. Pyxis retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific tools and knowledge developed in the course of delivering our services.

Client responsibilities

To deliver effectively, we rely on timely access to information, systems, and feedback from you. Delays in providing what we need may affect project timelines. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential, and we expect the same regarding any proprietary methods or materials we share with you in the course of an engagement. This obligation continues after an engagement ends.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully and professionally, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Pyxis's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice, as specified in your individual agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the date of termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the relevant Pyxis entity is registered for that engagement, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
